Day #2.

Today I was super proud of my eating efforts, right up until tea time, and I was pretty disappointed with my exercising efforts I have to admit.

I had my antioxidant cereal with a banana for breakfast, chicken caesar salad for lunch and then the let down…….for dinner we just had a little BBQ I guess; steak, chicken, chips, toss salad, potato salad and pasta salad. I had the chicken, steak (which I didn’t eat) potato salad (bad idea) and toss salad. Then a mango and macadamia weis bar for dessert, I know they aren’t healthy but my god they are amazing.

I also realized, based on yesterday’s efforts, that I snack too much. So I went to Coles and bought about a kilo of dried fruit and nut mixes, (maybe not a kilo but alot!) so when I feel like snacking, I’ll have some of the mixes instead of lolls or chocolate or bread.

I spent the whole day walking around shopping, so when I got home I really didn’t want to exercise. Which was stupid because I really regret not exercising.

My best friend who is meant to be eating healthy and exercising (and has the same deadline as me) is really struggling with it. I know it’s only the second day, but it kind of sucks I don’t have someone to do it with. But I also see it as strive because I want to be the one who is proud of who looks at my 18th, and not disappointed.
